motivated team dedicated to helping our members and investors

Unlike traditional joint venture agreements where profits are

share equally in the profits and have the opportunity to learn

invests in cash flow rental properties with a minimum cash-on-cash
return of 10%. With other profit centres such as appreciation
and principle reduction factored in, the total return on investment
is projected to be higher.

company is headed by Isabella Leung, a proactive real
estate investor in BC who has many years of experience
in real estate investing. She has worked for several
large international firms and has an uncommon talent and passion
